LOEWE seeks a Department Manager in Beverly Hills to lead client advisors, drive sales and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial performance of an assigned department or floor, setting targets and implementing actions to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of client advisors through regular feedback, in‑the‑moment coaching and formal reviews; manage recruitment and succession planning.
  • Model selling behaviours on the sales floor and support advisors to grow their individual KPIs (sales, UPT, cross‑sell, conversion).
  • Drive exceptional client experience by managing customer flow, ensuring personalised service and maintaining high standards of clienteling and CRM data integrity.
  • Develop the team’s product expertise for the assigned category and share market and client feedback with the regional merchandising team.
  • Manage store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening/closing procedures, policy compliance and resolution of complex client issues.
  • Maintain responsibility for inventory control and stock accuracy, partnering with operations to minimise loss and optimise availability.
  • Deliver daily briefings, training and onboarding support to new joiners to ensure rapid integration and alignment with brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of progressive retail experience with demonstrated leadership in a luxury fashion, leather goods or premium retail environment.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop diverse teams to achieve commercial targets and high customer‑service standards.
  • Strong commercial acumen with capability to analyse category performance and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric mindset and passion for fashion, art and culture.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 115,000 per annum.
