LOEWE Department Manager position in Barcelona, Spain. Lead client advisors and drive sales performance in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the client advisor team to deliver business goals and create a positive work environment
- Define individual and team goals, regularly reviewing performance and providing qualitative feedback
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent while securing succession plans
- Manage customer flow and cultivate a client-centric mindset to ensure exceptional service
- Develop and maintain the customer database through optimized data capture and integrity
- Drive sales performance for assigned product categories and enhance team technical knowledge
- Share performance insights, customer feedback, and market intelligence with the regional team
- Lead store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures
