A Customer Advisor at LOEWE is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to customers while maximizing sales and achieving business targets. The role focuses on crafting bespoke shopping experiences, understanding individual client preferences, and providing expert product recommendations throughout the customer journey. The advisor serves as a brand ambassador, embodying LOEWE's heritage of Spanish craftsmanship and innovative design while building lasting client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate strong exclusive client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the entire store assortment and competitive landscape
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing professional guidance during the shopping journey and addressing customer needs with empathy and enthusiasm
- Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support store objectives
- Document and update customer information in the CRM system, recording interaction history, preferences, and purchase records to enable targeted follow-up and identify new sales opportunities
- Craft compelling brand narratives around LOEWE's heritage and artisanal craftsmanship to inspire customer affinity
- Implement standardized sales processes and deliver post-purchase support to ensure memorable customer experiences
- Execute customer service follow-up and troubleshoot customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Serve as a cultural ambassador for LOEWE, embodying brand values and group principles in all interactions
Qualifications
- Proven retail or customer service experience in a luxury environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and point-of-sale technology
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese; English proficiency preferred
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail sales, customer service, or clienteling within a luxury brand environment is preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building client loyalty.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in hospitality, business, or related disciplines is advantageous.
