LOEWE Customer Advisor position in Hangzhou, China. Join the luxury fashion brand as a sales and client relations specialist.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain exclusive customer relationships, fostering loyalty through personalized engagement across store, phone, and online channels
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across the entire store assortment and competitive landscape; provide expert assistance and guidance to clients throughout their shopping journey
- Achieve sales targets and support store key performance indicators (KPIs) through consultative selling and active opportunity identification
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system, documenting interactions, preferences, and purchase history to enable precise customer care and identify new sales opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by communicating the brand story—highlighting LOEWE's heritage, craftsmanship excellence, and cultural significance—with genuine empathy and adherence to standardized service protocols
- Execute post-purchase support services and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Embody LOEWE brand culture and values, serving as a brand ambassador within the team and store environment
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Demonstrated luxury retail or customer service experience
