LOEWE seeks a CRM Manager (SEAO) in Singapore to lead CRM, clienteling and activation strategies across Southeast Asia & Oceania.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional CRM strategy to meet acquisition, engagement and retention targets across Southeast Asia & Oceania.
  • Own regional client database quality and segmentation in partnership with HQ; ensure robust data capture and actionable audience slices.
  • Design, launch and optimise data-led CRM campaigns with clearly defined objectives and measurable commercial impact.
  • Track, analyse and report on core KPIs (recruitment, conversion, retention, client lifetime value) and implement continuous improvement.
  • Lead rollout and adoption of clienteling practices and tools across retail; set usage standards and measure uplift in client engagement.
  • Develop localized clienteling strategies and retail action plans to improve recruitment, retention and loyalty.
  • Equip retail teams with training, toolkits and guidelines to deliver personalised, elevated client experiences.
  • Plan and deliver client-centric activations and high-impact VIC/VIP experiences aligned with commercial and brand calendar.
  • Ensure flawless execution of client events and presentations with consistent processes and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with retail, marketing, HQ, IT and external vendors to ensure aligned CRM execution, tool enhancement and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, clienteling or customer engagement roles; 7+ years preferred, ideally within luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of driving CRM performance (acquisition, retention, CLV) through data-led strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience translating data into segmentation and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and scale clienteling practices and CRM tools across retail networks.
  • Experience planning and delivering client activations and VIP experiences that support brand positioning and commercial goals.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders across markets, retail and HQ.
  • High ownership, attention to detail and agility in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of regional data privacy requirements and best practices in client data governance is an advantage.

Experience
