Loewe seeks a CRM & Clienteling Director for its Americas region in New York. Lead luxury client strategy and drive regional growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and elevate the regional clienteling strategy, positioning it as a driver of overall business performance
  • In collaboration with retail and training teams, ensure store teams develop strong clienteling skills and achieve regional targets
  • Define vision and action plans to accelerate performance across all client segments and manage the regional clienteling budget
  • Identify and develop high-potential clients to raise overall retention; develop specific action plans to grow VIC (Very Important Client) segments
  • Plan and execute all client activations and events in collaboration with Retail, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams to support product launches, campaigns, and collections
  • Organize the Fashion Show experience for Americas top clients and ensure growth of pre-orders
  • Conduct rigorous client analysis and leverage data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage the local client database to ensure accuracy and quality of data capture across the region
  • Act as the strategic voice of the client across the region and with global teams, ensuring local insights inform broader priorities
  • Foster cross-functional alignment between regional and global stakeholders to ensure client priorities are consistently reflected in strategy and execution
  • Lead continuous competitive benchmarking of clienteling and events practices across the region

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in CRM, clienteling, retention, or lifecycle marketing with strong exposure to the luxury sector
  • Proven track record in shaping and evolving CRM, loyalty, and client engagement strategies across multiple channels
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and the ability to create personalized, high-touch client experiences
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with the capacity to influence both senior leadership and retail teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage customer data and insights to guide strategy and measure performance
  • Experience managing complex projects and driving execution in fast-paced, evolving business environments with changing priorities
  • Solid understanding of retail operations and experience supporting store teams and client-facing initiatives
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities to a high standard
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI is advantageous
