LOEWE seeks Compensation & Benefits Intern in Madrid, Spain. Support HR operations including employee benefits, relocation coordination, and administrative documentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management of employee benefits including meal allowances, card administration, and executive vehicle programs
- Provide technical-administrative support for salary offers, employment letters, and employment certificates
- Monitor and coordinate relocation services for foreign employees transitioning to Spain, liaising with external service providers
- Manage immigration-related documentation and processes, including visa and NIE applications
- Source and arrange temporary accommodation for relocating employees
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for new employee onboarding
- Review and approve external supplier invoices and contracts related to relocation services
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in studies permitting an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
- EU students must hold a student NIE; non-EU students must possess a valid working permit
- Strong proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Demonstrable interest in fashion, culture, and human resources career trajectory

Experience
Entry-level or no prior professional experience required; however, interest in human resources and familiarity with HR processes is valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in a degree program or comparable academic institution that permits internship agreements.
