LOEWE Perfumes — Commercial and Operational Marketing Intern in London. Support retail, wholesale, VM and marketing activations across Head Office and store teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support commercial administration: manage new line forms, price queries, discontinuations and order validation.
- Monitor stock and cover using weekly SKU sales reports and assist with internal stock movements (loans, gifting for marketing/PR).
- Contribute to implementation of trade plans for retail partners including pop-ups and in-store/online customer events (logistics, gifting, space set-up).
- Execute administrative marketing tasks such as courier coordination and development of local marketing tools (brochures, invites).
- Support visual merchandising activities: assist with planograms, VM updates, store visits and full store launches to ensure correct in-door presentation.
- Produce retail and wholesale reporting and analysis, including new launch performance and competitor pricing studies; deliver ad hoc reports as required.
- Organise meetings, training sessions and retailer strategy events (catering, decoration, gifting) and prepare retailer/training presentations.
- Assist Retail Manager with scheduling and general administrative duties, including PO and budget tracking.
Qualifications
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong willingness to learn and contribute.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Previous work experience in retail, marketing, or commercial support (internships or part-time roles) is required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple administrative tasks concurrently.
- Ability to travel to stores for visits and events within the UK and liaise with international HQ teams.

Intern-level role; candidate should have previous work experience in retail, commercial or marketing support (typically internships or part-time roles). Beginner/entry experience with practical exposure to store operations, VM or marketing activations is expected.
Education
Enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management or related discipline is preferred.
