Loewe seeks Collection Merchandiser for Leather Goods & Accessories in Paris. Full-time permanent role managing collection development and commercial strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define collection briefs and plans based on qualitative inputs such as collection strategy, competitive analysis, and market feedback, alongside quantitative analysis of sell-in/sell-out data and sales projections
- Consolidate historical collection sizing data and develop competitor benchmark analyses to inform future product development
- Collaborate closely with design and development teams to monitor collection scope, prepare development documentation (overviews, collection plans, line lists, price lists), and review samples
- Manage cost monitoring throughout the development process, establish target prices, and work with teams to achieve target margin objectives
- Maintain and update PER/CO lists, ensure timely documentation, and escalate scheduling conflicts when required
- Coordinate all activities for buying sessions, including photoshoots, team training, and documentation preparation
- Review and verify product information in PLM systems including names, descriptions, and pricing; distribute line lists to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape actively, maintain a competitors pricing database, and prepare fashion week recaps and competitive overviews
- Support marketing, PR, and copy teams by providing accurate product content, images, and web descriptions for collection launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion merchandising or product development
- High product sensibility with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications and Excel
- Excellent command of English

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in fashion merchandising, product development, or related roles within luxury accessories or fashion sectors. Demonstrated success in managing collection briefs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market and sales data.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in fashion merchandising, business, or product management is beneficial.
