Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for the clienteling application aligned with retail and business priorities
  • Lead day-to-day product development and backlog prioritisation to deliver continuous improvements in features, usability and stability
  • Translate business and store needs into clear, actionable product requirements and acceptance criteria for technical teams and external partners
  • Collaborate with Retail, CRM, IT, Digital and Training teams to ensure the solution meets store workflows and enhances the in-store client experience
  • Coordinate with external vendors and development partners to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Use quantitative data and qualitative user feedback to validate priorities, measure impact and guide future product iterations
  • Support user adoption through the creation of training materials and contribution to change management activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in product ownership, project management or equivalent roles owning digital products
  • Proven experience working with retail, CRM or other client-facing tools; luxury or fashion industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Hands-on experience in agile environments and backlog management
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional influencing skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a solid understanding of user experience principles
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Fluent English required; Spanish strongly preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Madrid

Experience
