LOEWE seeks a Client Event Assistant Manager in Tokyo to plan and execute VIP client events and retail activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute client-facing events that support VIP (VIC) retention and new client recruitment strategies.
- Assist the Event Manager with end-to-end event logistics, including catering, entertainment, venue sourcing, transport and CRM sample management.
- Manage invitations, guest lists and transportation arrangements to ensure a premium client experience.
- Prepare presentations and operational guidelines for HQ and stores to align event execution and reporting standards.
- Maintain close cross-functional communication with HQ CRM/client experience, retail stores, merchandising (MD/VM) and marketing to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends related to client events and promotions; report findings and recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and event formats to meet and exceed KPI targets and elevate event standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' professional experience, including at least three years in client events, retail activations or experiential retail.
- Demonstrable experience leading cross‑functional teams and coordinating external vendors.
- Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken); strong Japanese communication skills preferred.
- Proven ability to prepare clear presentations and operational documentation for HQ and store teams.
- Track record of problem solving, managing ambiguity and driving conflict resolution to deliver results.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, marketing, event management, communications or a related discipline preferred.
