LOEWE seeks a Client Database Intern in Madrid to support data management and analytics for a luxury fashion house. 6–12 months, on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of analyzing large amounts of data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the customer database
- Manage data within the customer database, ensuring it is accurate, normalized, and cleansed for reporting and analysis purposes
- Perform regular data quality checks on current dashboards and reports, identifying issues and opportunities for process improvement
- Support the execution of UATs (User Acceptance Tests) and validations for ongoing data projects, ensuring deliverables are accurate and aligned with business requirements
- Take ownership of different analytical tools used within the area, including their maintenance and continuous evolution
- Undertake ad hoc analytical tasks to support broader business decision-making
- Provide support to regional teams and stakeholders in understanding and utilizing client data products effectively
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement with your university
- For EU citizens: valid student NIE
- For non-EU citizens: valid working permit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- High level of Spanish and English with excellent communication and presentation skills
Skills
Experience
Interest in the manipulation and treatment of large amounts of data from different sources, coupled with a willingness to learn new analytical tools. Knowledge of PowerBI and SQL is advantageous. Entry-level experience or strong academic foundation in data-related disciplines is acceptable.
Education
Currently enrolled in higher education studies (university or equivalent) that permit formal internship placement through a convenio de beca or similar academic agreement.
