Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store objectives.
• Engage clients emotionally to deliver an exceptional and memorable client experience.
• Engage with all clients and develop long-lasting relationships.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication by email, phone, messages, or personalised notes.
• Master and communicate the brand’s history and heritage.
• Showcase product categories through product knowledge and storytelling.
• Develop and grow a client portfolio, updating client information in the relevant company tools.
• Collaborate as a team player in activities that contribute to the store’s overall objectives.
• Participate actively in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s visual standards.
• Maintain products efficiently and keep them clean, secure, and organised in both front- and back-of-house areas.
• Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including LOEWE’s grooming and conduct standards.

• Proven experience achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
• Experience in a similar customer-centric role.
• A deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
• An inclusive and open-minded outlook.
• A confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic style and approach.
• Effective communication skills and the sensitivity to build and maintain a client portfolio.
• A results-driven approach and commercial mindset, while maintaining a team-player attitude.
• Fluency in English and Swiss German.
