LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor, Visual Merchandising for its Boston Copley Place boutique. Combine luxury retail sales with visual merchandising expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives while building enduring client relationships through personalized luxury service
- Leverage deep product knowledge and brand heritage to exceed client expectations and individual KPI targets
- Utilize CRM systems to capture and manage customer data for targeted engagement and relationship development
- Partner with the Visual Merchandising corporate team to facilitate and execute floor changes and seasonal presentations
- Oversee implementation and adherence to LOEWE's global visual merchandising standards within the boutique
- Manage immediate visual merchandising needs throughout the business day, including window displays and interior presentations
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, initiating regular contact and prompt follow-up on sales, events, and inquiries
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization per company policy and provide support for shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Liaise with the Visual Merchandising team to coach and train colleagues on consistent product knowledge and visual execution
- Develop market-specific merchandising strategies aligned with regional trends and store architecture
- Provide biweekly reporting to line manager and Visual Merchandising team on execution and performance
- Support in-store events, window installations, special projects, and pop-up activations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment
- Demonstrated experience in crafting windows, interior displays, and optimizing space utilization
- Proven track record as a visual merchandiser with verifiable work experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through capabilities
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store sales targets while building customer and colleague relationships
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury fashion retail sales, with significant experience in visual merchandising, window design, and interior display creation. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to balance sales targets with visual standards while managing dynamic retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; previous formal training or certification in visual merchandising, luxury retail, or related discipline is preferred but not required.
