Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and regularly exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client acquisition, retention and personalised service.
- Deliver exceptional, relationship-driven client service underpinned by deep product and brand knowledge.
- Maintain and update the customer database accurately; use CRM tools to personalise outreach and drive client engagement.
- Partner with the Visual Merchandising (VM) corporate team to plan and execute floor changes, window installations and in‑store events according to global guidelines.
- Oversee daily visual standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, adapting VM to the store’s architecture and local market needs.
- Provide VM support for windows, pop‑ups, special projects and in‑store activations; coordinate logistics for installations as required.
- Coach and support colleagues in product knowledge, visual execution and adherence to LOEWE standards across the North America structure when requested.
- Manage routine store administration including shipping & receiving, inventory control, housekeeping and prompt handling of client requests (shipping, alterations).
- Actively promote store events and maintain an organised client book with timely follow-up on sales and invitations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience in luxury fashion retail sales.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, including window design, interior displays and space utilization.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs while building long‑term client relationships.
- Willingness to work nights, overnights and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Experience
Minimum three years of luxury fashion retail experience with direct sales responsibility and hands‑on visual merchandising experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in visual merchandising, retail or fashion preferred.
