Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and regularly exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client acquisition, retention and personalised service.
  • Deliver exceptional, relationship-driven client service underpinned by deep product and brand knowledge.
  • Maintain and update the customer database accurately; use CRM tools to personalise outreach and drive client engagement.
  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising (VM) corporate team to plan and execute floor changes, window installations and in‑store events according to global guidelines.
  • Oversee daily visual standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, adapting VM to the store’s architecture and local market needs.
  • Provide VM support for windows, pop‑ups, special projects and in‑store activations; coordinate logistics for installations as required.
  • Coach and support colleagues in product knowledge, visual execution and adherence to LOEWE standards across the North America structure when requested.
  • Manage routine store administration including shipping & receiving, inventory control, housekeeping and prompt handling of client requests (shipping, alterations).
  • Actively promote store events and maintain an organised client book with timely follow-up on sales and invitations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years' experience in luxury fashion retail sales.
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, including window design, interior displays and space utilization.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs while building long‑term client relationships.
  • Willingness to work nights, overnights and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Experience
