Role & Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives while building lasting client relationships through personalized service
• Leverage deep product knowledge and LOEWE brand heritage to surpass client expectations and achieve individual KPI targets
• Utilize CRM tools to gather and manage customer data for targeted engagement and future business development
• Liaise with the corporate Visual Merchandising team to implement global VM guidelines and ensure consistent brand representation
• Partner with the Visual Merchandising team on floor changes, window installations, and special projects including pop-ups and in-store events
• Coach and train colleagues on product knowledge and visual execution standards across the North America structure
• Assess store-specific merchandising opportunities and adapt visual strategies based on architecture, regional requirements, and market trends
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization according to company standards and brand guidelines
• Execute biweekly reporting to line manager and VM leadership on visual performance and market insights
• Manage client book accurately, initiating regular contact and providing prompt follow-up on sales, events, and inquiries
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as required
• Uphold LOEWE's image standards and contribute to overall store presentation and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion retail sales experience
• Proven expertise in crafting window displays, interior installations, and space utilization
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding both individual and store sales targets
• Professional experience as a visual merchandiser
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational ability and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with collaborative approach
