LOEWE Client Advisor, Visual Expert – Dallas, TX. Luxury retail sales and visual merchandising role combining client service with VM execution. $22–$25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Continuously meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives, contributing to store business growth
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service founded on meaningful relationships and demonstrating deep product knowledge and brand heritage
- Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through top-tier customer engagement
- Utilize CRM tools to gather and leverage customer data for personalized client engagement and future sales opportunities
- Liaison with the Visual Merchandising corporate team to ensure accurate representation and adherence to VM standards throughout the store
- Oversee implementation of floor changes and VM standards, managing immediate visual merchandising needs throughout the business day
- Support North American visual merchandising structure through coaching, training, and feedback on product knowledge and visual execution
- Adapt store merchandising displays based on store architecture, regional requirements, and market trends
- Execute visual merchandising support for in-store events, window displays, special projects, pop-ups, and installations
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom per company policy, upholding LOEWE's image standards
- Record all pertinent customer information accurately in the database and maintain an organized client book with regular contact
- Actively promote store events via email, phone, and personalized communications
- Address client-related issues promptly, including shipping and alterations
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
- Provide biweekly reporting to line manager and VM team
- Uphold all company policies and procedures while fostering a collaborative workplace culture
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment
- Proven history of exceeding both individual and store sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build enduring relationships with customers and colleagues
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative approach
- High adaptability and responsiveness to customer needs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands
- Visual merchandising or display experience preferred
