LOEWE seeks Temporary Client Advisor in Vancouver, BC. Luxury retail sales role with 3+ years experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives while contributing to business growth
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service rooted in meaningful client relationships and comprehensive knowledge of LOEWE's product offering and heritage
- Achieve and exceed individual KPI targets through top-tier customer engagement
- Leverage CRM tools to capture and organize customer data for personalized follow-up and future business opportunities
- Maintain an organized and accurate client book with regular contact cadence and timely follow-up on sales, events, and inquiries
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized in accordance with company standards
- Contribute to the visual presentation and merchandising of products to LOEWE brand specifications
- Actively promote store events through email, phone outreach, and personalized client communications
- Manage client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, including coordination of shipping and alterations
- Support inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities as required
- Uphold LOEWE's image standards and brand guidelines at all times
- Foster a collaborative and positive workplace environment through open communication with colleagues
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion retail sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with demonstrated follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaborative capability
