Loewe seeks a Client Advisor in Tokyo — on‑site luxury retail role managing clienteling, leather goods sales and after‑sales service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, client‑focused sales service on the shop floor, conveying Loewe’s brand world through informed conversation and personalised attention.
- Manage client relationships and clienteling activities using mobile CRM (iPhone) to record interactions, follow up on requests and develop long‑term customer loyalty.
- Handle product reception, stock control and presentation, ensuring merchandise is impeccably displayed and replenished according to visual standards.
- Process after‑sales requests including repair order intake, liaising with workshop/after‑sales teams and tracking customer cases to resolution.
- Contribute to store visual merchandising and maintain pristine product presentation consistent with seasonal directives.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ professional experience, preferably within luxury retail or premium leather goods sales.
- Fluent Japanese (required); business level English and/or Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion, leather craft and contemporary design sensibility.
- Proven clienteling and CRM experience with a track record of building and managing client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively within a boutique team.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods. Preference given to candidates with extensive experience selling leather products, established client lists, and prior client management or boutique leadership experience (eligible for team leader or department manager consideration).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail/brand certifications desirable.
