Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store objectives.
- Deliver an engaging, personalised and memorable client experience through emotional connection and attentive service.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication (email, phone, messages, personalized notes).
- Demonstrate and communicate deep product knowledge and brand heritage to highlight product categories through storytelling.
- Grow and maintain a client book, accurately updating client data in the company’s CRM/tools.
- Support store visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s visual standards.
- Maintain merchandise and stock areas in an organised, secure and presentable condition (front and back of house).
- Assist with inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and LOEWE standards of grooming and professional conduct; operate as an effective team player in all store activities.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet individual goals and contribute to team targets.
- Previous experience in a client-facing, customer-centric retail or luxury environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with a results-oriented mindset while maintaining collaborative team behaviour.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity for building and maintaining a discerning client portfolio.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
- Genuine interest in fashion, art and culture and an inclusive, open-minded attitude.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level (beginner) to early-career candidates with prior client-facing retail experience and a demonstrable record of meeting individual sales targets are sought. Experience within luxury fashion or related cultural sectors is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, luxury fashion, visual merchandising or related fields is desirable.

The successful candidate will be located in Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden.
