Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, emotionally engaging client experiences that drive individual and store sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised outreach (phone, email, messages and handwritten notes).
- Own and grow a personal client book; accurately update client records and activity in the company CRM/tools.
- Communicate LOEWE’s heritage and product stories; showcase product categories through informed product knowledge and storytelling.
- Contribute as an active team player to store initiatives, promotions and daily operations to meet overall store targets.
- Implement and uphold LOEWE visual merchandising standards; assist with store presentation and seasonal resets.
- Maintain an organised, secure and efficient front- and back-of-house; support inventory control and ad hoc back-office tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards and expected behaviours at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team results; prior experience in a customer-centric retail role preferred.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with a genuine appreciation for luxury leather goods.
- Confident, service-oriented and adaptable with strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills with sensitivity to client confidentiality and discretion.
- Commercially minded and results-driven while maintaining a collaborative team attitude.
- Availability to work on-site as a part-time temporary hire (approximately 20–25 hours/week) and flexibility to support store needs.
