Role & Responsibilities

• Provide each client with exceptional service by greeting, listening, assisting and advising, and exceeding their expectations.
• Represent the house’s history and heritage.
• Use exceptional product knowledge to highlight product categories and support cross-selling and upselling.
• Engage with a diverse clientele, putting clients at ease and developing long-term relationships.
• Develop and grow a client book, updating client information using relevant company tools.
• Collaborate as a team player in activities that contribute to the store’s overall objectives.
• Participate actively in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s visual standards.
• Maintain products efficiently and keep them clean, secure and organized in front and back of house.
• Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including LOEWE’s grooming and behavior standards.

Qualifications

• Interest in luxury retail, particularly leather goods and/or ready-to-wear.
• Deep interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Enjoy working within a diverse, dynamic team.
• Ability to adapt and connect with different clients and situations to excel at client engagement.
• Effective communication skills and sensitivity to build and maintain a client book.
• Results-driven with a commercial mindset and a strong team-player attitude.
• Flexible, adaptable and collaborative approach to work.
