Client Advisor role at LOEWE Singapore boutique—luxury retail position delivering exceptional service and building client relationships in leather goods and ready-to-wear fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, assisting, and advising clients while consistently exceeding their expectations
- Exemplify LOEWE's brand heritage and history through articulate storytelling
- Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell across leather goods and ready-to-wear categories
- Engage authentically with diverse clientele, fostering comfort and building long-term relationships
- Develop and maintain a personal client book, updating client information within company systems
- Contribute actively to team initiatives and store objectives, operating collaboratively across all departments
- Participate in visual merchandising activities in accordance with LOEWE's established aesthetic standards
- Maintain products, displays, and the retail environment in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner
- Support inventory management and execute ad hoc back-of-house operational tasks
- Uphold LOEWE's standards regarding grooming, behavior, and company policies

Skills
Experience

Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
