Client Advisor at LOEWE Singapore – luxury retail position for passionate fashion enthusiasts with strong client service skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, assisting, advising, and exceeding client expectations
- Exemplify LOEWE's brand history and heritage through product narrative
- Highlight product categories through superior product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell
- Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships
- Develop and grow personal client book, maintaining accurate client information in company systems
- Collaborate as a team player in all store activities and objectives
- Actively participate in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE's visual standards
- Maintain products, store environment, and inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including LOEWE's grooming and behaviour standards
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in luxury retail, particularly leather goods and ready-to-wear
- Deep passion for fashion, art, and culture
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and connect with diverse clients

Skills
Experience
Entry-level to beginner experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles is preferred; however, candidates with strong interpersonal skills and proven passion for luxury fashion and culture may be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail, hospitality, or fashion are advantageous but not mandatory.
