LOEWE is hiring a Client Advisor in Singapore — join the luxury house to deliver exceptional client service in leather goods and ready-to-wear.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience—greeting, listening, advising and exceeding expectations through professional and engaging service.
- Convey and embody LOEWE’s heritage and brand narrative in every client interaction.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods and ready-to-wear to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Develop, nurture and grow a client book; accurately record and update client information in company CRM/tools.
- Engage a diverse clientele with sensitivity and adaptability to build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate proactively with the store team to meet collective sales objectives and support store initiatives.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and upkeep of the sales floor in accordance with LOEWE visual standards.
- Ensure front- and back-of-house areas are organised, secure and presented to brand standards.
- Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks as required.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and LOEWE grooming and behavioural standards.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in luxury retail, particularly leather goods and/or ready-to-wear.
- Passion for fashion, art and culture and ability to articulate this authentically to clients.
- Comfort working within a diverse, fast-paced retail environment and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills with the sensitivity to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Commercially minded and results-driven while maintaining a team-player attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to duties and schedules.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level (beginner). Prior retail or client-facing experience in luxury or fashion is advantageous but not mandatory; demonstrated aptitude for sales and relationship-building is preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
