LOEWE Client Advisor in Scottsdale, Arizona — full‑time on‑site role delivering luxury client service and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives and individual KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and cultivate enduring client relationships rooted in deep product and brand knowledge.
- Use CRM tools to capture and maintain accurate customer records, promote events, and drive personalised client engagement.
- Maintain an organised client book with proactive outreach and prompt follow-up on sales, events and enquiries.
- Support store merchandising and visual presentation to LOEWE standards, ensuring the sales floor and stockroom are kept orderly.
- Address client-related issues including shipping, alterations and after‑sales service.
- Actively promote store events via email, phone and personalised correspondence.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, inventory control and general housekeeping to preserve the store image.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing individual and store sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organisation and follow‑through.
- Team‑oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- High adaptability and capacity to serve a diverse clientele in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language ability is a plus but not required.

Experience
