LOEWE Client Advisor position in San Jose, California. Full-time luxury retail sales role at Valley Fair boutique, $23–$26/hr with benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing to business growth and development
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service founded on enduring relationships, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of LOEWE's products, heritage, and brand history
- Exceed individual KPI targets through top-tier customer engagement and service delivery
- Utilize CRM tools to capture and leverage customer data for personalized client engagement and future sales opportunities
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues to enhance workplace experience and maintain a positive environment
- Maintain organization of sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company standards
- Contribute to product visual presentation and merchandising, adhering to LOEWE's aesthetic standards
- Uphold LOEWE's brand image and guidelines consistently
- Record customer information accurately in company database systems
- Actively promote store events and exclusive offerings via email, phone, and personalized correspondence
- Maintain organized client book with regular contact initiation and prompt follow-up on sales, events, and inquiries

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets
