Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement and expert product advisory.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service that builds long‑term relationships and showcases deep knowledge of LOEWE products and brand heritage.
- Utilise CRM tools to capture, maintain and leverage client data; manage and grow an accurate client book with timely follow‑up.
- Promote and execute store events and client outreach via email, phone and personalised communications to drive traffic and sales.
- Maintain immaculate presentation of the sales floor and stockroom; support visual merchandising to LOEWE standards.
- Support operational tasks including shipping and receiving, inventory control and general housekeeping to uphold store image and compliance.
- Respond promptly to client requests and post‑sale needs, including shipping, alterations and service enquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual and store sales KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organisation and follow‑through.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of three years’ direct experience in luxury fashion retail with documented success in achieving sales targets and developing sustained client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificates in luxury retail, fashion or client services preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23 to USD 25 per hour.
