LOEWE Client Advisor, part-time (24 hours) in Roermond, Netherlands. Luxury fashion retail role emphasizing craftsmanship, client engagement, and cultural passion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through client engagement and relationship building
- Connect with clients in an emotionally resonant, engaging manner to create exceptional and memorable experiences
- Develop and cultivate a personal client portfolio, maintaining relationships through proactive communication via email, phone, messaging, and personalized correspondence
- Articulate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product categories through compelling storytelling and expert product knowledge
- Execute visual merchandising activities in accordance with LOEWE's established visual standards and guidelines
- Maintain store environments with efficiency, cleanliness, security, and organization across front and back of house areas
- Support inventory management, stock control, and ad hoc back-office operational tasks
- Collaborate as an engaged team member across all store initiatives and activities that contribute to collective store objectives
- Uphold LOEWE's corporate policies, procedures, and standards regarding grooming, comportment, and client interaction
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals and contributing to team results
- Demonstrated experience in customer-centric retail or luxury service environments
- Authentic passion for fashion, art, and contemporary culture
- Naturally inclusive, open-minded, and intellectually curious disposition
- Fluency in English and Dutch (both spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity for portfolio development and relationship management
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or luxury hospitality experience in a customer-centric role is preferred; strong motivation and service orientation may compensate for limited professional background.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; any additional training in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service is advantageous.
