Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives
- Connect with clients in an emotionally engaging manner to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular, personalized communication
- Develop and grow a personal client book, accurately updating client information within company systems
- Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and design narratives
- Highlight product categories through expert product knowledge and compelling storytelling
- Participate actively in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE's aesthetic standards
- Maintain products, displays, and store environment with efficiency, security, and organization
- Perform as a collaborative team player, participating in all activities supporting store objectives
- Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks as required
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's standards regarding grooming and professional conduct
Qualifications
- Proven experience achieving individual goals and contributing to team results
- Experience in a customer-centric retail or hospitality environment
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Fluency in English and Dutch

Skills
Experience
Entry-level to junior experience in customer-facing roles within luxury retail, hospitality, or similar brand-focused environments preferred. Proven track record of engaging clients and contributing to team sales objectives.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training or certification in luxury retail, customer service, or fashion is advantageous but not required.
