LOEWE is hiring a Client Advisor in Roermond, Netherlands — full-time, on-site role delivering luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through proactive selling and client follow-up.
- Create emotionally engaging and memorable client experiences, building long-term relationships.
- Develop and maintain a client book; update client records and communications in company tools.
- Deliver expert product knowledge and brand heritage storytelling across LOEWE’s product categories.
- Participate in and maintain visual merchandising to LOEWE’s standards; support store presentation.
- Maintain merchandise and back-of-house areas in an organized, secure and efficient manner.
- Support inventory management and perform ad hoc operational tasks as required.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming and behavioural standards; collaborate as a team player.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet individual goals and contribute to team results; prior client-facing retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable interest in fashion, art and culture.
- Confident, service-oriented, adaptable and empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Strong communication skills with the sensitivity to build and maintain a client portfolio.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or client-facing experience is required; candidates should show evidence of achieving individual targets and contributing to team results. Prior experience in luxury or premium retail is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; vocational training or higher education in fashion, art or related fields is advantageous.
