LOEWE, founded in Spain in 1846, seeks a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional and engaging service at its Riyadh location. The role combines client relationship management with retail operations, requiring the candidate to connect emotionally with clients, build lasting relationships, communicate brand heritage, and contribute to store objectives whilst maintaining LOEWE's exacting standards of professionalism and visual excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store objectives while exceeding client service expectations
• Connect with clients in an engaging and emotional way to provide an exceptional and memorable experience
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular communication via email, phone, messages, and personalized notes
• Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product categories through sophisticated storytelling
• Develop and grow the client book, maintaining accurate and updated client information in company systems
• Collaborate effectively as a team player in all store activities and initiatives
• Actively participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's visual standards and brand guidelines
• Maintain products, inventory, and store spaces in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner
• Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house operations
• Uphold LOEWE's policies, procedures, and standards of professional grooming and behavior

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a customer-centric retail or client advisory role
• Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture
• Naturally inclusive, open-minded, and empathetic in approach
• Confident and service-oriented with strong commercial mindset
• Effective communication skills with ability to build and maintain a client portfolio
