LOEWE Client Advisor position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Luxury retail sales role offering brand heritage, client engagement, and career evolution in fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store-level sales objectives through client engagement and consultative selling
- Connect emotionally with clients to deliver exceptional and memorable service experiences
- Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio through proactive communication via email, phone, and personalized outreach
- Articulate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product categories with compelling storytelling
- Actively participate in visual merchandising, ensuring displays align with LOEWE's aesthetic standards
- Maintain the retail environment with efficiency, cleanliness, and organization across front and back of house
- Support inventory management and ad hoc operational tasks as required
- Collaborate as a committed team player in all activities contributing to store objectives
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's grooming and behavioral standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer-centric retail or sales roles
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual goals while contributing to team results
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion, art, and culture
- Naturally inclusive, open-minded, and emotionally intelligent

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-centric role within luxury retail or fashion, with a track record of achieving both personal sales targets and contributing to team success.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or hospitality training is advantageous.
