Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales objectives
• Create emotional connections with clients through engaging, memorable experiences
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through personalized communication
• Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product narratives
• Build and grow a personal client book with accurate information management
• Collaborate as a team player on all store activities and objectives
• Execute visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE brand standards
• Maintain product displays, inventory, and store organization to the highest standards
• Support inventory management and back-of-house operations as needed
• Uphold LOEWE policies, grooming standards, and professional conduct

Qualifications

• Proven experience achieving individual targets and contributing to team results
• Customer-centric retail or hospitality experience in a luxury environment
• Deep passion for fashion, art, and culture
• Naturally inclusive, open-minded, and culturally aware
• Strong communication skills with ability to build and maintain client portfolios
• Results-oriented commercial mindset balanced with collaborative team approach

Skills

Experience

Entry-level to junior retail experience in a customer-centric luxury setting is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proven ability to achieve individual goals and contribute meaningfully to team results, though formal experience requirements are flexible for exceptionally motivated candidates with a genuine passion for fashion and luxury retail.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; specialized retail, hospitality, or fashion qualifications are valued but not mandatory.
