Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store objectives.
  • Deliver emotionally engaging, personalised client experiences that foster long-term loyalty.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a client book; record and update client data using company tools.
  • Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages and personalised notes to sustain relationships.
  • Convey LOEWE’s heritage and product narratives through informed storytelling and product demonstrations.
  • Participate in and support visual merchandising to maintain LOEWE’s presentation standards.
  • Maintain front- and back-of-house order: product presentation, housekeeping, security and inventory tasks.
  • Collaborate as a team player in store initiatives and adhere to company policies, grooming and behavioural standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of client-facing experience in luxury retail or a comparable customer-centric environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting individual sales goals and contributing to team results.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages considered an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity for building and maintaining a high-value client portfolio.
  • Commercially minded and results driven while demonstrating an inclusive, collaborative attitude.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within luxury retail or a closely related customer-centric function.

Education

High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury goods preferred.
