LOEWE seeks Client Advisor in Palma de Mallorca, Spain for luxury retail excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives through strategic client engagement
  • Build and cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized communication via email, phone, messaging, and handwritten correspondence
  • Connect with clients in an emotionally engaging manner to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
  • Develop and expand client portfolio while maintaining accurate client information within company systems
  • Master and communicate LOEWE's brand heritage, craftsmanship legacy, and artistic vision
  • Highlight product categories and tell compelling brand stories through refined product knowledge
  • Execute visual merchandising activities in accordance with LOEWE's aesthetic standards
  • Maintain efficient, clean, secure, and organized merchandise presentation in both public and back-of-house areas
  • Collaborate as an active team member in all store activities and objectives
  • Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house operational tasks
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's standards regarding grooming and professional conduct

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer-centric retail environments
