Loewe in Osaka seeks a full-time Client Advisor to deliver luxury retail sales, clienteling and product stewardship in-store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store client service and achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling.
  • Manage client relationships and clienteling activities using mobile tools (iPhone) to record interactions, follow up and build long-term loyalty.
  • Oversee product management tasks including stock upkeep, inventory accuracy and product presentation.
  • Receive and process repair orders, coordinating with after-sales and atelier teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Execute visual merchandising and product display standards to reflect the maison’s aesthetic and seasonal directives.
  • Communicate the brand’s craftsmanship and product story to clients with confidence and cultural sensitivity.
  • Participate in team briefings, training and store operations to maintain high service and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ retail experience, preferably with a luxury fashion or leather-goods brand.
  • Native or fluent Japanese; proficiency in English and/or Chinese is highly desirable to support international clientele.
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion, leather craft and the Loewe aesthetic.
  • Proven clienteling and CRM experience, with a track record of building and maintaining high-value client relationships.
  • Strong visual merchandising and product presentation skills.
  • Candidates with store management or team leadership experience will be considered for Department Manager or Team Leader positions; top-performing sales specialists may be considered for Senior Client Advisor roles.
