Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through client acquisition and retention, measured by appointment revenue, client segmentation, and Top Ten Bets program participation
• Maintain a consistent weekly operational cadence including product receiving, transfers, consolidations, and cycle counts in partnership with the Store Director
• Lead and support biannual physical inventory counts, dedicating two weeks to preparation and reconciliation for each cycle
• Manage negative on-hand inventory and loan reconciliations with precision and accuracy
• Process send sale orders, consignments, and repairs in full compliance with LOEWE policies and procedures
• Execute accurate POS transactions with proper wrapping, client data capture, and processing protocols
• Protect company assets by adhering to all loss prevention policies and procedures
• Maintain appropriate packaging levels and assist in replenishment orders based on anticipated business needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team results
• Proven track record in customer-centric retail roles, preferably in luxury or fashion environments
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
• Clear communication skills with ability to connect with and influence diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable working both independently and as a collaborative team member
• Deep personal interest in fashion, art, and culture
• Service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic in approach and style
• Results-driven commercial mindset with strong team player attitude
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical tasks including carrying, pushing/pulling, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and bending
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer-centric, results-driven retail or luxury retail environments with demonstrated success in achieving individual sales goals and supporting operational excellence.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 24 to CAD 26 per hour.
