Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through client acquisition and retention programs, including appointment revenue, client segmentation, V/VIC sales, and the Top Ten Bets program
  • Balance client-facing sales engagement with operational support, collaborating closely with the Store Director to maintain the 60/40 sales-to-operations split
  • Execute weekly operational cadence including product receiving, transfers, consolidations, and cycle counts with meticulous attention to detail
  • Manage negative on-hand inventory and loan reconciliations in partnership with store leadership
  • Support timely and accurate processing of send-sale orders, consignments, and repairs in full compliance with LOEWE policies
  • Lead preparation and reconciliation for biannual physical inventory counts, dedicating two weeks to each cycle
  • Process all POS transactions with accuracy, ensuring proper wrapping, client data capture, and procedural compliance
  • Protect company assets by adhering to all loss prevention policies and maintaining appropriate packaging levels
  • Maintain consistent adherence to all sales and operational policies, prioritizing excellence and precision in every interaction

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, luxury goods, or customer-centric environments
  • Proven track record of achieving individual goals and contributing to team results
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication and interpersonal abilities; capacity to connect with and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure
  • Demonstrated interest in fashion, art, and culture
  • Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic approach to client interactions
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform operational tasks including carrying, pushing/pulling, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and bending

Experience
