Loewe Client Advisor position in New York - luxury retail sales, $24-27/hr, full-time, Greene Street

Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives whilst contributing to overall business growth and market development
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service rooted in enduring relationships, demonstrating profound knowledge of Loewe's product range, brand heritage, and creative vision
  • Achieve and surpass individual Key Performance Indicator targets through superior service delivery and client engagement
  • Effectively utilize CRM systems to capture and leverage customer data for targeted engagement and cultivate future sales opportunities
  • Maintain rigorous organization of the sales floor and stockroom in compliance with company standards and operational procedures
  • Actively contribute to visual merchandising presentations, ensuring alignment with Loewe's aesthetic and brand guidelines
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive client book, initiating regular contact and providing responsive follow-up on sales, events, and client inquiries
  • Professionally address all client-related matters, including shipping logistics, alterations, and issue resolution
  • Promote store events through multi-channel communication, including email, telephone outreach, and personalized correspondence
  • Support inventory management, receiving, and shipping operations as required
  • Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues to enhance workplace culture and operational excellence
  • Maintain Loewe's brand standards and uphold all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of demonstrated luxury fashion retail sales experience in a boutique or high-end environment
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding individual and store sales targets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
