LOEWE seeks a temporary Client Advisor in New York to drive sales and operational excellence; $25–$27/hr with full benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through client acquisition and retention, measured via appointment revenue, client segmentation, and VIP sales programs
- Maintain a 60% sales / 40% operations balance, supporting both client engagement and back-of-house functions
- Execute weekly operational cadence including product receiving, transfers, consolidations, and cycle counts
- Manage inventory discrepancies and loan reconciliations in partnership with the Store Director
- Process send sale orders, consignments, and repairs with accuracy and compliance to LOEWE policies
- Lead and assist with biannual physical inventory counts, including two weeks of preparation and reconciliation
- Process all POS transactions with attention to proper wrapping, client data capture, and accuracy
- Uphold loss prevention policies and protect company assets
- Manage packaging levels and coordinate replenishment orders based on business needs
- Support Client Advisors and store operations team across all relevant functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or customer-centric experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving individual sales goals and contributing to team results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs, carry, push/pull, kneel, climb, reach, and bend
- Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication abilities and proven capacity to influence and connect with diverse stakeholders
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture
