Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver refined, personalised in‑store client service to convey LOEWE’s brand universe and achieve sales targets.
- Manage client relationships and clienteling activities using mobile CRM (iPhone) to build and retain a VIP client base.
- Oversee product handling including stock control, receiving, storage and merchandising to maintain visual and operational standards.
- Process repair and after‑sales service orders, coordinating with workshop and service teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Execute product displays and visual merchandising directives to uphold brand presentation and seasonal floor plans.
- Participate in store events, client outreach and cross‑selling initiatives to expand customer engagement and lifetime value.
- Perform transactional duties, including cash handling and point‑of‑sale operations, in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion/leather sector.
- Fluent Japanese (business level) is required; proficiency in English and/or Chinese is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion, leather craftsmanship and an appreciation of contemporary design.
- Proven clienteling and customer relationship management skills, with experience using mobile CRM tools (iPhone).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑centric attitude and polished presentation.
- Store management or team leader experience is advantageous and may be considered for leadership tracks.
