Client Advisor maternity cover position at LOEWE Munich flagship store. Luxury fashion retail role requiring 3+ years experience and German-English fluency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store objectives while consistently exceeding client service expectations
- Connect with clients emotionally to create exceptional and memorable experiences
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular, personalized communication via multiple channels
- Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and artisanal craftsmanship
- Leverage comprehensive product knowledge to highlight merchandise categories through compelling storytelling
- Build and grow client portfolio using company systems and tools
- Contribute as an active team player in collaborative store operations and initiatives
- Execute visual merchandising activities in accordance with LOEWE's established standards
- Maintain product displays, stockroom, and front-of-house areas with efficiency, security, and organization
- Support inventory management and perform operational back-of-house tasks as required
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's grooming and behavioral standards

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a customer-centric retail or sales role
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual goals while contributing to team results
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
