LOEWE Client Advisor (Maternity Cover) in Munich, Germany – Luxury retail position focused on exceptional client service and relationship building.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives while maintaining client service excellence
  • Connect with clients in an engaging, emotional way to create memorable brand experiences
  • Develop and cultivate a personal client book through regular communication via email, phone, messages, and personalized correspondence
  • Master and communicate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and product storytelling to highlight key collections
  • Participate actively in visual merchandising activities in accordance with LOEWE's standards and visual guidelines
  • Maintain product displays and inventory in an efficient, clean, organized, and secure manner across front and back-of-house areas
  • Support inventory management procedures and execute ad hoc back-of-house tasks as required
  • Perform as an engaged team player, collaborating on store initiatives and broader organizational objectives
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's grooming and behavioral standards
