LOEWE seeks a part-time Client Advisor in Munich, Germany. Luxury retail role combining client relationship management with product expertise in a premium fashion boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through consistent performance
- Establish genuine emotional connections with clients to create memorable and exceptional shopping experiences
- Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio through proactive relationship management
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, messages, and personalized notes to foster long-term loyalty
- Master and articulate LOEWE's brand history, heritage, and craft-focused narrative
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and highlight key collections through compelling storytelling
- Actively participate in visual merchandising activities in accordance with LOEWE's established standards
- Maintain inventory, front-of-house displays, and back-of-house operations in an efficient, secure, and organized manner
- Support inventory management and ad hoc operational tasks as required
- Collaborate as a team player in all store-wide initiatives and projects
- Uphold LOEWE's grooming standards, behavioral policies, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving individual targets and contributing to team results
- Prior experience in a customer-centric retail or luxury environment
- Genuine passion for fashion, art, and culture
- Natural inclination toward inclusivity and open-mindedness
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Commercial mindset coupled with collaborative team player attitude
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level retail or customer service experience within a fashion or luxury brand environment is preferred. Entry-level candidates with a demonstrable passion for luxury goods and strong interpersonal abilities will be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail or fashion is advantageous but not required.
