LOEWE seeks Client Advisor for maternity cover at Munich flagship store. Luxury retail role focused on client engagement and brand storytelling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives
- Connect with clients emotionally to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences
- Develop and nurture long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement
- Maintain client relations via regular communication through email, phone, messaging, and personalized correspondence
- Master and articulate brand history, heritage, and product narratives
- Leverage product knowledge and storytelling to highlight merchandise categories
- Build and expand client portfolio whilst maintaining accurate client data within company systems
- Collaborate as an active team player in all store activities aligned with organizational goals
- Participate in visual merchandising execution in compliance with LOEWE aesthetic standards
- Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner throughout the store
- Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and LOEWE grooming and behavioral standards
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving individual goals and contributing to team results
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-centric retail or luxury service environments
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, art, and culture
- Natural inclination toward inclusivity and open-mindedness
- Fluent in English and German
