LOEWE Munich seeks a Client Advisor (full‑time, permanent) to deliver exceptional luxury client service and grow a private client book.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that fosters long‑term relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through proactive client engagement and pursuit of commercial opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a private client book; update client records and communications via company CRM tools.
- Communicate brand history, product categories and craftsmanship through informed storytelling and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular client outreach (phone, email, messaging, handwritten notes) to maintain engagement.
- Support store visual merchandising to LOEWE standards and contribute to in‑store activations.
- Maintain merchandise presentation, stockroom organisation and security standards; assist with inventory tasks.
- Operate as a collaborative team member, participating in store initiatives and adhering to company policies and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting individual targets and contributing to team results in a customer‑facing environment.
- Experience in a similar customer‑centric retail role within fashion or luxury preferred.
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sensitivity for building and sustaining client portfolios.
- Service‑oriented, adaptable and empathetic manner with a results‑driven commercial mindset.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture and the ability to convey brand heritage authentically.
- Inclusive attitude and openness to diverse client and colleague backgrounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level. Some prior customer‑facing retail experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives and cultivate client relationships in a luxury or premium environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent required; vocational training in retail, luxury or customer service preferred. A degree in fashion, business or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
