LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor in Munich: deliver personalised luxury service, grow client relationships and support store operations (full-time).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that meets and exceeds individual and store targets.
  • Engage prospective and existing clients through empathetic, emotionally resonant communication and storytelling of product categories and brand heritage.
  • Develop and maintain a client book, ensuring client data is accurately recorded and updated in the company's CRM and relevant sales tools.
  • Contribute proactively to store visual merchandising and ensure all areas—front and back of house—are kept orderly, secure and aligned with LOEWE standards.
  • Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back‑of‑house tasks to sustain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate as an active team player in store initiatives and follow company policies, grooming and behavioural standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to achieve individual sales objectives while contributing to team performance
  • Previous client‑facing experience in luxury retail or a comparable customer‑centric role
  • Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with the capacity to communicate brand heritage persuasively
  • Confident, service‑oriented and adaptable demeanour with strong interpersonal sensitivity
  • Fluent in English and German

Experience

Entry‑level to junior: prior experience in a client‑facing retail role is preferred, with a demonstrated track record of meeting individual targets and contributing to team results.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary studies in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is advantageous.
