LOEWE is hiring a Client Advisor in Munich — full-time in-store role delivering exceptional luxury client experiences and growing a discerning client book.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives while contributing to team targets.
- Deliver exceptional, emotionally engaging client experiences and deepen client relationships.
- Develop and maintain a client book, ensuring accurate records and regular personalised communication via phone, email, messages and notes.
- Convey LOEWE’s history, heritage and product stories to highlight product categories and craftsmanship.
- Participate actively in visual merchandising and maintain the store according to brand visual standards.
- Maintain a tidy, secure and commercial front- and back-of-house presentation; support inventory management and ad hoc stock tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues on store activities and adhere to company policies, grooming and behavioural standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting individual targets and contributing to team results.
- Prior experience in a customer-centric, client-facing retail role (luxury retail preferred).
- Strong product knowledge and storytelling ability, with a genuine interest in fashion, art and culture.
- Confident, service-oriented, adaptable and empathetic interpersonal style.
- Excellent communication skills with sensitivity for building and maintaining a discerning client portfolio.
- Commercially driven while maintaining a collaborative team-player attitude.
- Fluent in English and German.

Experience
Entry-level to early-career retail experience in customer-facing roles; prior exposure to luxury or fashion retail and demonstrable achievement of sales goals is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail/luxury sales certification preferred.
