LOEWE is hiring a Client Advisor in Munich — full-time in-store role delivering exceptional luxury client experiences and growing a discerning client book.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives while contributing to team targets.
  • Deliver exceptional, emotionally engaging client experiences and deepen client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a client book, ensuring accurate records and regular personalised communication via phone, email, messages and notes.
  • Convey LOEWE’s history, heritage and product stories to highlight product categories and craftsmanship.
  • Participate actively in visual merchandising and maintain the store according to brand visual standards.
  • Maintain a tidy, secure and commercial front- and back-of-house presentation; support inventory management and ad hoc stock tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on store activities and adhere to company policies, grooming and behavioural standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting individual targets and contributing to team results.
  • Prior experience in a customer-centric, client-facing retail role (luxury retail preferred).
  • Strong product knowledge and storytelling ability, with a genuine interest in fashion, art and culture.
  • Confident, service-oriented, adaptable and empathetic interpersonal style.
  • Excellent communication skills with sensitivity for building and maintaining a discerning client portfolio.
  • Commercially driven while maintaining a collaborative team-player attitude.
  • Fluent in English and German.

Experience
