LOEWE seeks a Client Advisor in Munich to deliver personalised luxury client service and grow lasting client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that foster emotional engagement and long-term relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while actively contributing to team objectives.
- Develop and maintain a client book; update client data and communications using company CRM/tools.
- Communicate brand heritage and product stories across product categories to reinforce LOEWE’s positioning.
- Proactively maintain contact with clients via email, phone, messages and handwritten notes to stimulate repeat business.
- Support visual merchandising and uphold LOEWE visual standards in-store.
- Maintain merchandising, stockroom and front-of-house presentation to ensure a secure, organized and efficient environment.
- Assist with inventory control and ad hoc back-of-house tasks; adhere to company policies, grooming and behavioral standards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Previous customer-facing or retail experience in a luxury or fashion environment preferred.
- Fluent in German and English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercially minded and results-driven while maintaining a collaborative, team-first attitude.
- Genuine interest in fashion, art and culture and the ability to convey product narratives convincingly.
- Inclusive, adaptable and service-oriented demeanour with high emotional intelligence.

Experience
Entry-level: some prior client-facing or retail experience preferred, with demonstrable achievement of individual objectives and contribution to team results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion is an advantage.
